An interview is a conversation between an employer and a candidate for both parties to learn more about each other for the purpose of filling a position within a company or organization. Candidates and the interviewer- each have a need, candidate want a job and the interviewer wants to find the right person to fill the job. Candidates dress, eye contact and handshake will set the tone for the interview. So make good eye contact and have a firm handshake at the time of the interview.
